Rosamond Evefer< no role > Servant to Mr. Pettit on her Oath
Saith, That the Deced who was a Lodger at Mrs. Pettit
has been ill and in a Decline for a longtime, Says
that he appeared at times to be delirious, and looked
very wild, Says that she attended him and used to
sit up with him at Night, Says that on Saturday
last between two and three o' Clock in the Afternoon
Elizabeth Fox< no role > came down Stairs and acquainted [..]
that the Deceds Pillow was Bloody, upon [..]
and sheet into Deced's Room and saw much Blood upon the Pillow and the Razor lying upon the Pillow, upon
which she asked Deced what he had done to himself
but Deced made no Answer, but looked very wild
Says that she verily believes that the Deced gave
himself the Wound in the Throat, and that Deced
died in about four hours after.

John Bond< no role > of Catherine street Surgeon on his
Oath saith, That on Saturday last between two & three
o' Clock in the Afternoon. Mr. Taylor came to Dept. and
desired him to come immediately to Mrs. Pettit, for
that he believed a Person had out his Throat there
Says that he went and found a Wound in the Deceds
Throat, which had not penetrated the Wind pipe, Says
that there was some Blood upon the Pillow and sheet
and that a Rasor was there Bloody, with [..]
wound appeared to have been given, Says that he
Dressed the Wound, and went away, and that he
called againabouthalf on hour after Six o'Clock and was told that the
Deced was dead, and believes that the Wound [..]
[..] the Deced's death
