Informations taken this Seventeenth day
of July 1767 at the Parish of St. Clement Danes
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County of
Middlesex on an Inquisition touching the
Death of a Female Child lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County

Alexander Douglas< no role > of the Strand in the Parish of St.
Clement Danes Surgeon on his Oath saith, that he this do
Examined the Body of a Female Child lying Dead in
the Burying Ground of said Parish, Says that the said
Child appeared to have lived three weeks or a Month, that he
observed no marks of Violence upon said Child, and that
he believes said Child died a natural Death

Robert Bins< no role > one of the Watchman of the Parish of St.
Clement Danes on his Oath Saith, That when he was
calling the hour of Eleven on Tuesday Night last, in Star
Court near Butcher Row in said Parish he saw a
Female Child lying on the Ground on one side of said Court wrapped
in a piece of Cloth, pinned, Says that he carried the said
Child to Mr. Oliver one of the Governors of the Watch, who
Ordered Dept. to carry the Child to the Bone house of said
Parish which he accordingly did and left it there. Says that
he did not see any Person drop the Child there, and
that the Child appeared to have been sometime Dead
