Informations taken this Thirteenth day of
April 1767. at the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex on an Inquisition touching the Death of
John [..] Patrick< no role > lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Robert Malcolm< no role > a Labourer on his Oath saith that
last Saturday Morning between Seven and Eight o'Clock
this Dept. by the Order of Mr. Gordon went to assist John
Patrick
< no role > to his Lodging, Says that he helped the
Deced along Berkley Square but the Deced being very
weak and ill, and unable to walk any further, so
this Dept. left him there, and when he returned to
the Deced with more Assistance, (which was in about
the Quarters of an hour) he found him Dead. Says
that he and another Man afterwards carried the Deced to the
Burying Ground belonging to the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
