down to the bottom of the said Stairs, by Reason whereof the said

Casually and by Misfortune receive two mortal Wounds, and Bruises, in and upon the left side of her Head
of which said mortal Wounds and Bruises she the said

in the Year aforesaid, until the Fifth day of January in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and Sixty seven, at the Westminster Hospital
situate in the Parish City Liberty and County aforesaid, did
languish and languishing did live, on which said Fifth day of January in the Year aforesaid she the

mortal Wounds, and Bruises aforesaid, did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
