Oath saith, that on the Twenty eighth day of Novr. last <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65206_n2140-2">Samuel Smagasgall</rs>

the Deced was brought to said Hospital, says that on Examining the Deced<lb></lb>
he found that one of the Deced's Ribs on his left side was broke and a woman<lb></lb>
on the right side of the Deceds Head, but Dept. observed no Fracture, says that<lb></lb>
the Deced grew easier in a few days, That he was afterwards Feverish<lb></lb>
and died yesterday in the afternoon in the Hospital (the 12 Instant,) Says that he opened<lb></lb>
the Deced's Head this day, and there found a concussion of the Brain which<lb></lb>
Dept. believes was the came of the Deced Death and this Dept. says that<lb></lb>
he was informed that the Deced foll of Scaffold at Building belonging<lb></lb>
to the Duke of Montogue on Black Hath Whereby he reced the above hurt</p>
