into the Back yard, and on his looking up he saw the<lb></lb>

falling down from the Window<lb></lb>
upon the Staircase leading to the second Floor, and the<lb></lb>
Iron Barrs which were fixed on the outside of that<lb></lb>
Window, coming down with the Deced, Says that one<lb></lb>
of the Iron Barrs entered the Deced's left Temple near<lb></lb>
his Eye (as Dept. believes) Says that the Deced fell into the<lb></lb>
Back yard, and lay there quite speechless and was<lb></lb>
not able to move, says that the Deced was left blood in both<lb></lb>
Arms, but that he bled very little, and died immediately.<lb></lb>
and this Dept. believes that his Death was caused by<lb></lb>
the fall abovementioned. Says that there was no<lb></lb>
Person near the Deced at the time he fell down, as this<lb></lb>
Dept. verily believes.</p>
