a Painter, on the said Seventh day of October in the year aforesaid<lb></lb>
being at Work on the outside of a Staircase Window in the Dwelling House of Mr. Prentice,<lb></lb>
situate and being in <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65206_geo1760">New Bond Street</rs>

in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County<lb></lb>
aforesaid and then and there standing upon certain Iron Barrs fixed to the Wooden frame<lb></lb>
of the said Window, which said Window Frame was Decayed and rotted; It so happened that<lb></lb>
the said Iron Barrs gave way, and that the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65206_n1858-15">William Lintott</rs>

Casually and by Misfortune fell from the said Window (being two Staries high) into the Yard<lb></lb>
behind and adjoining to the said House; By Reason whereof the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65206_n1858-16">William Lintott</rs>
