upon him, to which he answered, No, but said that he was
not well, And this Dept. says, that from the wild looks
and appearance of the Deced at that time, he thought
the Deced Disordered in his Senses and observed the
Deced to have been low Spirited for about three weeks
past.

Christopher Armstrong< no role > of St. Martins Lane Clerk , on his
Oath saith, That he has known the Deced for about three
months last past, that he used to see the Deced frequently
and that Deced used to speak to Dept. Says that he met
the Deced in Chanders Street last Friday or Saturday
Morning between the hours of Six and seven (Dept. is not sure which) and that Deced turned into
Seymour Court, & came back, that he went into said
Court a Second time in order to avoid this Dept. as he
believes and did not speak to Deft And that Dept. says that the Deced's looks
were confined and his Visage distorted and appeared
different from what this Dept. had seen him before.
