Informations taken this Sixth day of February
1766 at the Parish of St. Ann within the Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex , on an Inquisition touching
the Death of Margaret Dickson< no role > lying Dead in the
and Parish Liberty and County.

John Bullack< no role > one of the Watchman of the Parish of St. Ann in
the Liberty of Westmr on his Oath saith that as he was crying the
hour of ten on Tuesday night fast in Cranborne Street , Margaret
Dickson
< no role > the Deced called [..] Dept. by this name, Says that his went
to the Deced, who informed him that She lived in Jervies with
a Merchant in the City, and that she was going home, Says that
Deced gam him three pence to drink but that she refused to
drink any thing being then as Dept. thought Sober, Says that
Deced askedwhichMr. Jones [..] Cranborne Street
and also Deced had knocked at the Door Dept. want away and
left her, And this Dept. says that asked he had Cryed the hour of twelve
the same Night being the Cranborne Street same Person cryed
Watch in said Street, upon which he went there and saw too
Mon helding up the Deced by her Arms, who informed Dept.
that the Deced was in a fit, and she appeared to Dept. to be so
Says. that one of the Men assisted Dept. to bring Deced towards
the Watchhouse of said Parish, so far as Rider's Court where
another Watchman took hold of Deced and assisted Dept. to bring
her to the Watchhouse where they left Deced with Mr. Joyce
the Constable and Mr. Thomas Timms< no role > the Watchhouse keeper
and desired that they would take care of her Says that he
belivies the Deced was Sensible but not able to walk, and
Dept. then thought that she was in Liquor, Says that he came
into the Watchhouse at Six o'Clock yesterday Morning and say [..]
the Deced sitting in an [..] Chan [..] first side there past asleep, as Dept. thought
Says that the spoke to Deced, but that she made no answer, and
Mr. Timms promised Dept. that Deced she continue there an hou [..]
or two longer, that she would then be able to walk home, and
that he wound, not put the fire out, upon which Dept. and [..]
Timms went away together, and Mr. Timms locked the Watch [..]
Door. Says that he did notice the Deced since until this Evid [..]
when he saw her in the Engine house of said Parish, being [..]
Deady and that he saw no Marks of Violence upon the Deced.
