a Labourer
, on his Oath saith, That he was at Work yesterday
between two and three o'Clock, at Stables in Swallow Street
in the Parish of St. James
, and Screening of Lime on the
inside of the Buildings, Says that the Deced was
likewise at Work an the same Stables and then standing
upon a Scaffold on the inside and near the Top of the
Buildings, Says that the Deced trod upon the End of the
Board, on which the Deced walked upon the Scaffold, [..]
that thewhich raised up the other End of the Board
and the Deced fell down unto the Ground, And this Dept.
says that he desired Mr. Hall his Partner to go to Deced, who
went immediately, Says that in about ten Minutes Dept.
went to Deced, and found him Speechless and unable
to move Says that some Person let the Deced Blood and
that he bled freely, and that soon after the Deced was
carried away. And this Dept. says that No Person was
upon the Scaffold with Deced when he fell down

Says that he had carried a Had of Mortar up a
Scaffold in said Buildings Says that soon after the Deced came up the Scoffold
and pass by Deced, Says that immediately after the Deced
fell down off the Scaffold, unto the Ground, and that two
of the Scaffold Boards likewise fell down, Says that the
this Dept. was about Yards from Deced when he fell
and that no other Person was on the Scaffold near to Deced
