same time going across Oxendon Street, says that he<lb></lb>
saw the Deced fall down (but did not see any of the<lb></lb>
Horses touch her,) and that one of the Wheels of said last<lb></lb>
did go over the Deced's Head, Says that the Deced lay<lb></lb>
upon the Ground in the Street, but Dept. did not go<lb></lb>
near her, and this Dept further saith that the said<lb></lb>
Carman used his utmost Endeavours to stop his Horses.</p>

, Says that the Deced was crossing Oxendon Street<lb></lb>
at the same time and standing about Middle of the<lb></lb>
Street, says that the Driver of the Cart called to Deced<lb></lb>
"Have a Care good woman," says that the Deced turned<lb></lb>
back, and fell down in the Street, on the Off side of the<lb></lb>
Horses: and that the off wheel of said Cart did go and pass<lb></lb>
over the Right side of the Deced's Body and Head,<lb></lb>
Says that the Deced lay aterwards in the Street speechless<lb></lb>
and motionless, and died immediately, and Dept. believes<lb></lb>
that the wheel going over Deced was he came of her Death<lb></lb>
says that the Driver of said Cart did every thing in his power<lb></lb>
to stop the Horses before the Wheel went over the Deced, and<lb></lb>
says that the Driver was on the rightside of the Horses.</p>
