on her Oath saith, that on the Twenty<lb></lb>
seventh day of December last about Eight o'Clock in the Evening<lb></lb>
Dept. was in the Dining Room of Mrs. Lowthers House and on<lb></lb>
hearing a Noise opened the Shutters of one of the Windows and<lb></lb>
saw four Men in the Court before the House, Says that one of<lb></lb>
the Men had a Stick in his Hand, and Dept. thought that they<lb></lb>
were playing, Says that she went to the Fireside, but on<lb></lb>
hearing a louder Noise in the Court, Dept. went into another<lb></lb>
Room and looking thro' a Sash Window, saw one of the Men<lb></lb>
lift up a Stick and follow another Man toward the House door<lb></lb>
and saw the Man fall down upon the Stone Steps before the<lb></lb>
but Dept. did not see any stroke given, Says that two Men<lb></lb>
Immediately run out of the Court, laughing, but Dept. can not<lb></lb>
say who they are, Says that she was then informed by<lb></lb>

Hospital on his<lb></lb>
Oath saith, that on the Twenty seventh day of December last about<lb></lb>
Eight o'Clock in the Evening the Deced was brought to said Hospital,<lb></lb>
Says that he Examined the Deced and found a wound and Fracture on the left<lb></lb>
side of Deced's Head, and a small Wound on the top of Deced's Head<lb></lb>
Says that Mr. Branfield the <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65206_occ8">Surgeon</rs>

was sent for and Dressed Deced<lb></lb>
Head that Night, and afterwards took proper care of him, but Deced.<lb></lb>
died yesterday Morning, Says that the Deced's Head was opened<lb></lb>
