Sworn and charged to inquire for our Said Lord the King when, how and by what<lb></lb>
means the said Charles TillCame to his Death do upon their Oath say<lb></lb>
That on the Twenty third day of December in the Year aforesaid, the said Charles Till a<lb></lb>
Bricklayer being at Work upon a Chimney belonging to the Dwelling House of<lb></lb>
Carbonell Wine Merchant Situate<obscured></obscured>
being in Chapel Alley in the Parish aforesaid within the<lb></lb>
Liberty and County aforesaid, and then and there standing upon a Scaffold fixed upon the Roof<lb></lb>
of the said House, It so happened that Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune the said Charles Till<lb></lb>
did then and there fall off and from the said Scaffold unto the Ground in the said Alley, by Means<lb></lb>
whereof the said Charles Till did then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune receive<lb></lb>
one Mortal Fracture in and upon the back Part of his Head, of which and mortal Fracture he<lb></lb>
the said Charles Till then and there instantly died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their<lb></lb>
Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said Charles Till, Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune<lb></lb>
in Manner and by Means aforesaid, came to his Death, and not otherwise, In Witness<lb></lb>
whereof as well the said Coroner, as the said Peter Macklaren Foreman of the said Jurors, on<lb></lb>
the behalf of himself and the rest of his said Fellows, in their Presence, have to this<lb></lb>
