Verdict That on the 27. day of August 1765 Charles Hollier< no role > was
Accidentally thrown from a Cart to the Ground in Peter Street in the
Parish of St. John the Evangelist Westmr Whereby he reced a mortal Bruise
in his right Leg of which he languished until the 28 day of same Month
at the Westmr Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr. and then and
there died of the said Mortal Bruise, That the off Wheel of the said Carpenter
moved to the Death, is the property of Henry Murless< no role > of Vine Street Westmr .
Carman and of the Value of five Shillings
