Verdict That on the 26. day of January 1765 the [..]
Honoble the Lord Byronwitha Sword made of [..]
and Steel which he had and held in his right had [..]
did feloniously give to the saidinto and through
Body of William Chaworth< no role > on the left side of the B [..]
near the Navel, Did strike [..] stab and Penetrate there
giving the said William Chaworth< no role > one mortal wound in the [..]
the left side of the [..] Nave of which he languished until the
27th. day of same Month and then died of the said mortal
wound at the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within
the Liberty of Westmr.
