Was following him with the other Cart, Says, that soon<lb></lb>

the Cart that the Deced had drove was<lb></lb>
brought into his Master's Yard, by some Person (but<lb></lb>
Dept. cannot tell by whom) and one Mr.Chapman soon after fold<lb></lb>
Deponent that Tom (meaning the Deced) was killed,<lb></lb>
Deponent says that he did not see how the Deced came<lb></lb>
by his Death, but says that the Deced was very much<lb></lb>
in Liquor when he was driving home the Cart, and that<lb></lb>
Deponent was Likewise in Liquor.</p>
