at the Parish of st George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex on an
Inquistion taken on View of the Body of Thomas

John Allen< no role > Servant to Mr. William Reeves< no role > of Orchard
Street in the Parish of St. Mary le Bone Builder, in the
Exparity of Carter on his Oath saith, That he was sent
Yesterday Morning to drive his said Master's Cart with
the Deced who drove another Cart, the Deced's Cart being
drown by four Horses, and Dept. Cart by three Horses, Says
that he and Deced Loaded both the Carts with Bricks at
Walham green , Says that they returned with both their
Carts loaded. and that he and Deced drove the carts up
Tyburn Lane about one o' Clock Yesterday Afternoon
Says that the Dept. Cart was foremost, when they Went
into Oxford Road , and that it continued so until Dept.
got home with his Cart, and Dept. Expected that the Deced
Was following him with the other Cart, Says, that soon
after [..] the Cart that the Deced had drove was
brought into his Master's Yard, by some Person (but
Dept. cannot tell by whom) and one Mr.Chapman soon after fold
Deponent that Tom (meaning the Deced) was killed,
Deponent says that he did not see how the Deced came
by his Death, but says that the Deced was very much
in Liquor when he was driving home the Cart, and that
Deponent was Likewise in Liquor.
