that while he was at the wharf and getting a piece of<lb></lb>
Fir Timber out of the Dock upon the Wharf with the Crane<lb></lb>
the Iron Dogs being fixed about the Middle of the piece of Timber<lb></lb>
Says that the Deced and another Woman were gathering<lb></lb>
up Coals in the Dock, and standing near the Timber, Dept. says that<lb></lb>
he called to the Deced and the other Woman several pines to go out<lb></lb>
of the way, says that the other Woman did go, and that<lb></lb>
the Deced might have gone when Depot. first called to<lb></lb>
her, Says that One End of the said piece of Timber came<lb></lb>
round, as it was drawn up, and struck the Deced upon<lb></lb>
the back part of her right Leg, and broke the Deced's Leg<lb></lb>
the Dept. heard the bone snap, Dept. says that he & Sor<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
carried the Deced and laid her down upon the Wharf<lb></lb>
Says that he afterwards sent for two Chairmen who<lb></lb>
carried the Deced to the Westmr. Hospital, and Dept's<lb></lb>
Servant went with the Chairmen. Says that the piece<obscured></obscured>
<lb></lb>
of Timber was the Property of Mr. Stubbs, and of the Value<lb></lb>
of Seven Shillings and six pence.</p>
