Oath saith, That Yesterday Morning about Seven O'Clock<lb></lb>
Deponent got out of Bed and on opening his Room Door<lb></lb>

Deced, (who lodged in the Garret in the Garret in the said<lb></lb>
Mr. Dillin's house) lying at the bottom of the Garret<lb></lb>
Stairs, with his face upwards, the Deceds head lying<lb></lb>
towards the Deponent's Room Door, and his Feet upon<lb></lb>
the Garret Stairs, Says that he took hold of the Deceds right<lb></lb>
Hand and found it Cold, and Deponent immediately<lb></lb>
called out to his Wife, saying a Dead Manlay there,<lb></lb>
Deponent then went down Stairs to Mr. Dillin and<lb></lb>
Acquainted him with what he had seen, says that Mr.<lb></lb>
Dillin went with Deponent to Deced, and found<lb></lb>
him Dead, Says that he went to call a Person. who<lb></lb>
was Brother in Law to the Deced, and when he came<lb></lb>
to Deced Assisted Mr. Dillon to pull the Deced into a two parr of<lb></lb>
Stairs Room, and Deponenent went away and left<lb></lb>
Deced there, Says that he heard no Disturbance in<lb></lb>
the House on Monday Night, or any Noise upon the<lb></lb>
