was born alive or not, Says that said Ann Gascoine< no role > never Acknowledged
her being with Child to Deponent, or to any other Person to the Knowledge
of Deponent.

Hester Ashton< no role > Servant to Lady Tyrconnel in the Capacity of
Laundrey maid on her Oath saith, that being in the Laundrey
yesterday Morning about ten O'Clock, she saw Ann Gascoine< no role > comming
thro' the Laundrey with a Cloak on, with something Bulky under
it, says she [..] into the Necessary House which is opposite to the Laundrey
says that said Ann Gascoin< no role > in about five minutes returned out of
the Necessary House into the Laundrey with a Chamberpot in her hand,
which she washed, Says that about three hours after, Mrs. Ford the
House keeper took a Candle lighted and went into the Necessary House
and returned immediately, asked for some Water, being very Sick
Deponent says that the afterwards went into the Necessary house and
saw the Deced lying naked in the Soil there, says that the Deced
remained there until the Evening when the Deced was taken out
says that it was then Dead. Deponent says that she believes said
Ann Gascoine< no role > was delivered of the Deced, but whether Deced was born
alive or not, Deponent cannot says says that said Ann Gascoine< no role >
never owned her being with Child to Deponent, but always complaint
of a Cold in her Bones.
