within the Liberty and County aforesaid, and seeing a<lb></lb>
Barge laden with Flour and Bricks on the River Thamas coming in there to unload, and a small<lb></lb>
Boat or Wherry chained, lying in the Way thro' which the said Barge was to pass, and in Danger<lb></lb>
