of Saint George Hanover Square
within the Liberty aforesaid On an
Inquisition on View of the Body of
Samuel Sidney< no role > lying dead in St
George's Hospital in the Parish aforesd.

Howell Davies< no role > of the Old paved Alley Saint James
Westmr . Chaaman on his Oath Saith that last Wednesday
between eight and nine at Night he was applied to,
to carry a Men to Saint George's Hospital who had fallen
down the Area of Sir Richard Littleton< no role > 's House in
pickadilly , says he went directly with his parker
Richard Windall< no role > , and found the deced. lying in the
Area very much bruised on therightHead, and after
they had laid the deced on the Horse they discovered that
his right Log was broke. says that they conveyed him
directly to the Hospital, and helpt to put the deced
to bed and then went away. says that the Area was
not fenced in nor was there any Light.

William Walker< no role > House Surgeon to St. George's Hospital
On his Oath Saith that the deced was brought into
the said Hospital last Wednesday night as a Casualty
says he immediately a Headed him, and found a very large
Wound on the left side of his Head and on further
Inspection discovered his Scull to be fractured and his
right leg to be broke says he dyed the Friday following
and makes no doubt but that the deced dyed of the
Fracture in his Scull.
