Corn and that ten Shillings was due to her, and that<lb></lb>
when she demanded the Money he refused to pay her,<lb></lb>
and Struck her five Blows upon the Head with<lb></lb>
an Oak Sapling and gave her two Kicks upon the<lb></lb>
Small of the Back with his Foot, and that she<lb></lb>
believed the two Kicks had done for her, upon which<lb></lb>
the Justice seeing the deced to be very bad, granted her<lb></lb>
a Warrant agt. the said Mc Guinis. And Dept. further<lb></lb>
saith that she attended the deced Home and left her<lb></lb>
to the Care of other people.<del>says</del>
that she called on her<lb></lb>
the next Day and found her Ill in Bed, says the deced<lb></lb>
complained of a pain in her side and Head, and Dept.<lb></lb>
continued attending her from time to time during her<lb></lb>
Illness says that last Wednesday or Thursday seeing the deced to<lb></lb>
be very bad, Deponent discoursed with her said Sister<lb></lb>
touching the Ill usage she had received, when she<lb></lb>
complained of the Blows and Kicks she had reced from<lb></lb>
the sd Mc. Guinis, and particularly said she believed that Kicks<lb></lb>
in the Swall of her Back had done for her, says that<lb></lb>
on Friday and Saturday last the deced was speechless</p>
