Informations taken this Ninth day of March
1762 in the Parish of St. Margaret in the City of
Westmr . on View of the Body of a Man
unknown lying Dead in the said Parish

William Delap< no role > of the Little Almery in Westmr.
Waterman on his Oath Saith that last Monday
Morning between five and six o' clock he was
at the Wooden Bridge in New Palace Yard Westmr
getting ready his Boat to carry Mr. Parker to Black
friers his Jon Roger Delap< no role > being with Deponent
says he oberved something Floating in the have

and sent his Jon Roger in histhougBoat tothe
see what it was, says he saw his Jon take upon
Green Sailors Jacket lined with white Flanon, a
Striped Wastcoat and a Shoe with a Buckle in it
which he brought to shore but Deponent did not
see any Dead Body at that time says that he came
Mr Parker be Black Fryers and returned to Westmr
that Afternoon about four o Clock when he saw
a Deed Body lye at the Stone Stairs at Westmr Bridge
which he was informed had been taken out of the
Thomas says he viewed a [..] Body this day in the
Chapel Yard which he is sure is the same that he
saw on Monday at Westmr. Bridge and that the Deced
had then only a Cheek ShirtonBreeches & Stockings or
Says that he observed no Marks of Violence on the Deced
