on his Oath
saith That on Sunday [..] st as he went to the Chapel he walker
by the Common [..] hand K [..] to the River
Thomas be observed a picea of Cloth in the Sewer near him
own House but did not then stop not suspecting anything
Say that after Dinner that day Deponent recollection that
a Hat had been bound in a Field adjoyning Some time before
Want to the [..] again and upon breaking the Ice he
discovered the deced there, who was then Dead, says that
with the Assistance of Wm. John Towers< no role >
and Richard Burke< no role >

he got deced out of the Tower and afterward carried him to
an Out house belonging to Deponent Says that he found in
deced's Pockets Eleven shillings in Silver four Pence an
a forthing, a Knife, a Key, two Stock Buckles one of the
Silver the other Bross, a pair of Knee Buckles, and as Iron B [..]
when he was taken or of the Tower
and no more.
