To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty, in the said County

Be Sure to Warn the
above No 24. & return
their Christian and
Sir Names and Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Friday the Seventeenth Day
of this Instant by Five of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. John Room< no role > Known
by the Sign of the Black Horse situate in Hamilton Street
in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the said
Liberty of Westmr .
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Robert Gundry< no role > an Infant
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 17th. Day of December in
the Year of our Lord 17 62.
