By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of your
Parishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday the 21st. Day
of June
instant by Six of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the Goal or Prison of Bridewell
situate in the Parish of St. Margaret within the
said City and Liberty of Westminster
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of

there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this Nineteenth Day of June in
