Examt. took deced up and put him into Bed, Mrs.
Bissett his Landlady being then present. says that
the times Examt. left the deced and went to the
publick House, he left the Key in the Door. says that
after the deced was in Bed he eat part of a Mutton
pye and drank some Balm Tea and Wine, says he
did not leave the Room afterwards, but went to Bed
between seven and eight, and deced being restless
be put a Chair by the Bedside to keep him in says
he soon after went to sleep and did not waken
fill about twelve o' Clock, when he found the deced
dead by hid Side, says that he got up and dressed
himself, and went for Candles to a Chandlers shop
hard by, and on his return was asked by Mrs. Bisset
who asked Examt. how hid Son did, and he informed
her be hoped he was happy, that he was dead, that
she then followed Examt. up Stairs, and both went
into the Room, and Examt. saw his Son in the Bed
lying in the same manner be left him, his Head
being on the pillow, and plainly to be Seen above
the Cloths, Says be saw no Bruises When the
deced was laid out and washed.
