Father how the deced came by them, to which
the Father answered at first he did not Know, and
afterward he got them again a Chair by the Bed Side,
her Husband then asked him how he came to call
no body to him, when his Son, the deced was dying to
which he replyed [..] be thought it
was needless as he knew he was dying; says her
Husband reprimanded the deceds Fatherwithfor
neglecting to take Care of his Son for which [..]
[..] her Husband received [..] Language, says they
all went down and left the deceds Father alone
with the Corpse, and went to Bed. says about
ten o' Clock that Tuesday morning Dept. went up
Stairs to see the Corpse again, and found the Father
lying on the Ground upon Some Cloaths awake
says She asked him when his Son was to he buried
to which be answered tomorrow night (meaning
Yesterday) says She then left himbut made
be discoveryComplaintto the parish offices or a Magistrate
in relation to the above particulars. says that
thedeceddead Father might have escaped if he thought proper
but did not attempt it. says she is sensible the deced
was so helpless on the monday night when she left him
that he could not [..] move himself out of Bed.
Says that When the Searchers came Yesterday he
for sometime opposed their going up to Search his
Sons

Bissetts in peter Street on her Oath Saith that
the deced has been ill about three weeks past that
the deponent visited the deced frequently for a Week past
says that on Monday Evening her Sister being up Stairs
with deced and on calling out to Dept, Dept went up
Stairs, and found the deced lying on the Floor at the
Foot of the Bed, between the Foot of the Bed and a
Table says she & her Sister helpt deced into Bed
that the deced after he was put to bed, said before
Eleven o' Clock, and laid there by which Dept.
understood the deced had laid upon the Floor from
eleven o' Clock to the time they came to his
apartment, which was between five and Six
says she upbraided the Father with neglecting the
Son and leaving him so many hours; to which he
replyed dawn him he deserves it, was it ten times
more, says the Father was then greatly intoxicated
with Liquor.saysthat she then went down Stairs
leaving her Sister Mary Bisset< no role > with deced. says
that or her Sister coming down Stairs, she
informed dept. that the deced was very uneasy
at her leaving him, and wanted to lay with one
of the apprentices, alledging that his Father would
Smother him, says that about eleven on Monday
night Dept. sent the apprentices of Mr Bisset
up Stairs to know low the deced did,saysthey
returned in about a Quarter of an hour, and informed
Dept. that deced had desired the Cloaths might be
pulled down from this Face, which they did, but
the Father seemed un willing. that about twelve
o' Clock that Nighther setDeponents Sister sent
for Dept. then at a neighbors House, with a message
that the deced was dead. says She went home directly
and her Sister informed Dept. how she discovered that
the deced was [..] , says that Dept. her Sister and
the two apprentices went up to deced apartment
calling Mrs. Chambers & Mrs. Oker house who lodged
there, in their way up Stairs, says that Dept. her
Sister and the two Apprentices went up to deceds
Bed, and found the Bed Cloaths very much twisted
round the deced, his Head and every part of him being
hid; says that she and her Sister cleared the deced
of the Cloaths, and Dept. went down to Mrs. Chambers
and Mr. Okerham, for them to assist in moving the deced
from the Feather bed. that theylookremoved the
Feather Bed, and then put the deced upon the Sacking
