the deced has been about three weeks last past ill<lb></lb>
says that she Frequently went to deceds apartmr<lb></lb>
in the same House with Deponents, to see how he did<lb></lb>
says that last Sunday Morning she went up to<lb></lb>
deceds Apartment where his Father then was and<lb></lb>
she informed him that it was proper his Son (the<lb></lb>
deced) should be sent to the Work house or an<lb></lb>
Hospital, and that it was the deceds desire to be<lb></lb>
sent to one of them, or that he should be lost for<lb></lb>
want says the Father as Deponent understood, staying<lb></lb>
at House with the deced all the Sunday she did<lb></lb>
not go any were to him that day. but visited the<lb></lb>
deced on Monday Evening, when the Father came<lb></lb>
Home much intoxicated with Liquor, at which<lb></lb>
time she went up to deced with his said Father<lb></lb>
Says, the Key being on the outside of the Door in the<lb></lb>
Lock, his Father unlocked the door, and Dept. &<lb></lb>
deceds Father went into the Room, and Dept. discovered<lb></lb>
the deced lying on the Floor at the Foot of the Bed<lb></lb>
in his Shirt, in a crooked posture, and was then living,<lb></lb>
says the called her Sister before she went to him<lb></lb>
and She this dept. and deceds Father helpt him into Bed<lb></lb>
says the deced hept crying out several times, ever Since<lb></lb>
eleven o' Clock, which when he came now to himself<lb></lb>
be explained that he had lain there<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
ever since<lb></lb>
eleven o' Clock that morning (the time of the day being<lb></lb>
then about 5 in the afternoon) says after giving him<lb></lb>
some drink the Dept. & her Sister left deced to the<lb></lb>
care of his Father and went down Stairs. says between<lb></lb>
seven and eight said Monday Evening, Dept. was desirous<lb></lb>
to see deced again, and accordingly provalled on two<lb></lb>
other Women in said House to go into deceds Room with<lb></lb>
dept and they all went and fund the Father sitting belived</p>
