the Way, says the deced attempted to get out of<lb></lb>
the way but was not<obscured></obscured>
enough, says the<lb></lb>
deced was thrown to the Ground but whether by<lb></lb>
the pole or Horses he cannot say., says he observed<lb></lb>
the hear hind Wheel of the Coach to jerk and believes it went over<lb></lb>
the deced's Head says he called out to the Coach<lb></lb>
man and said he believed he had killed the man<lb></lb>
upon which the Coachman turned round but did<lb></lb>
not offer to stop. says that the deced crossed the road so<lb></lb>
short upon the Horses that he verily believes<lb></lb>
the Coachman could not stop his Horses to prevent<lb></lb>
the deced being run over says he helpt to lift<lb></lb>
the deced up upon his Backside but he never<lb></lb>
spoke says that the deceds head was flatned<lb></lb>
and one of his Eyes almost out of his Head says<lb></lb>
he left the deced with several persons about him<lb></lb>
and did not see the deced after till he was dead<lb></lb>
when the Deponent assisted is bringing the deced this<lb></lb>
