City and Liberty in the said County.

Be Sure to Warn the
above No. 24 & return
their Christian and Sir.
Names & Places of Abode.


BY Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of your Liberty Parishes, personally to
be and appear before me, on Tuesday the Sixteenth Day
of March by five of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Sebastian Witze< no role > Known
by the Sign of the White Swan in Witch Street
within the Parish of St Clement Danes in the said Liberty
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Thomas Davies< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. [mark] Given
under my Hand and Seal this 15th Day of March in
the Year of our Lord 17 62 .
