Whereas Ann Williams< no role > Mary Boucher< no role > George Higeson< no role > Robert Armstrong< no role > , Abraham Abrahams< no role > William Walker< no role >
Mary Thorpe< no role > Alexander Loraine< no role > , and Samuel Evans< no role > were at the Session held at the Old Bailey in February and April last Convicted of
divers felonies and received Sentence of Death for the Sume And Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented
unto as in their behalf inducing us to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto them and to Grant them our Pardon for the Crimes of
which they Stand respectively Convicted on Condition of their being Severally Transported for and during the term of their natural
Lives to the Eastern Coast of New South Wales or some one or other of the Islands adjacent Our Will and pleasure therefore is
that you give the necessary directions Accordingly and that they be inserted for their said Crimes on the said Condition in our
first and next general pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for to doing this shall be your
Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the Seventh day of June 1794 in the thirty fourth Year of our Reign

Whereas John Bennet< no role > was at a Session held at the Old Bailey in April last tried and Convicted of Stealing a
Carpet Value 28th. the property of John Southam< no role > and was Sentenced to be Transported Seven Years for the same And Whereas some
favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in his Behalf inducing as to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto him &
to Grant him our pardon for his said Crime on condition of his Entering and continuing to Serve us in our Royal Navy until
duly discharged therefrom and of giving Security for his good Behaviour for the remainder of his Sentence unexpired Our will and
pleasure is that upon his Entering to Serve us in our Navy as aforesaid and on his giving the Security aforesaid to the Satisfaction
of the Recorder of our City of London he to forthwith delivered over to such person or persons as shall be duly authorized to
receive him for that purpose and that he be inserted for his said Crime on the said Condition in our first and next General
pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing this shall be Warrant Given at our
Court at Saint James's the 19th. day of June 1794 in the thirty fourth Year of our Reign
