Whereas Thomas Parnell< no role >
was at the Sessions held at the Old Bailey
in February last tried and Convicted of feloniously
being at large in this Kingdom before the Expiration of the term for which he was ordered to be Transported and received
Sentence of death for the Same And Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us inducing us
to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto him and to Grant him for his said Crime on Condition of his being Transported for
and during the term of Seven Years to the Eastern Coast of New South
Wales
or some one or other of the Islands adjacent
Our Will and pleasure therefore is that you give the necessary directions accordingly and that he be inserted for his said
Crime on the said Condition in our first and next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate
and for so doing this shall be your Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's
the 19 day of May 1794 in the thirty fourth
