Whereas Henry Goodeve< no role > was at a Session held at the Old Bailey in December last tried and Convicted of felony by the name
of Henry Goodiff< no role > and had Sentence of death passed upon him for the same but afterwards received our Pardon on Condition of
remaining in Prison three months And Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in his Behalf
inducing us to Extend our further Grace and Mercy unto him and to Grant him our Pardon for his said Crime on
Condition of his Entering and Continuing to serve as in our Royal Navy Our Will and pleasure therefore is that upon
his Entering and continuing to Serve us in our Royal Navy as aforesaid he be forthwith delivered over to such person
or persons as shall be duty authorized to receive him for that purpose and that he be inserted for his said Crime on
the said Condition in our first and next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing
this shall be your warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the first day of March 1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign

Whereas Thomas Bruce< no role > John Fox< no role > Henry Bruce< no role > Archibald Quinton< no role > and Thomas North< no role > were at the Sessions held at the
Old Bailey in January last severally tried and Convicted of felonies and had Sentence of Death passed upon them for the
Same And Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their behalfs inducing us to Extend
our Grace and Mercy unto them and to Grant them of the Crimes of the which they stand respectively Convicted on Condition of
their being severally Transported for and during the term of their natural lives to the Eastern Coast of New South Wales or some
one or other of the Islands adjacent Our will and pleasure therefore is that you give the necessary directions accordingly
and that they be inserted for their said Crimes on the said Condition in our first and next General Pardon that shall come
out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing this shall be your Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the
thirteenth day of March 1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign
