Whereas at the Session of Gaol delivery of Newgate for the City of London and County of Middlesex holden at Justice
Hall in the Old Bailey on Wednesday the fourth day of December last John Rabbitts< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. Charles Beazley< no role > This name instance is in set 1323. William Brown< no role > alias
Bartlett< no role > Sarah Eldridge< no role > alias Aldridge< no role > John Alexander< no role > , Henry Goodiff< no role > Jeremiah Love< no role > and William Thomas< no role > received Sentence of Death
for the respective Offences in their Several Indictments mentioned Now it is herby Ordered that execution of the said Sentence be
made and done upon them the said John Rabbitts< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. and William Brown< no role > alias Bartlett on Wednesday next the fifth day of
February at the place of Execution before His Majestys Gaol of Newgate And it is His Majestys Commands that execution of

Whereas John Smearly Robert De la Motte, Joseph Soufflatt, and Richard Campbell< no role > were at the last Sessions holden
at the Old Bailey tried and Convicted of Felony and had Sentence of Death passed upon them for the same And
Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their behalf inducing us to Extend our Grace and
Mercy unto them and to Grant them our Pardon for their said Crimes on Condition of their being respectively Transported. for and
during the term of their natural lives to the Eastern Coast of New South Wales or some or one of the Islands adjacent Our will and
Pleasure therefore is that you give the neccessary directions accordingly and that they be inserted for their respective Crimes on the said
Condition in our first and next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate And for so doing this shall
be your. Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the 10th. day of December 1793 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign
