to the Marshal of the Admiralty empowering such Marshal
to receive the Bodies of George Hindmarsh< no role > , Charles Berry< no role >
and John Slack< no role > for the purpose of their respective Sentences being
put in Execution-Dated July 6. 1792

This Indenture made the sixth day of July in the year of our Lord 1792 Between Richard Akerman< no role >
Keeper of the Goal of Newgate in the City of London of the one part and John Crickett< no role > Gentleman Marshall of the High Court of
Admiralty of England of the other part Witnesseth that by virtue of certain Precepts under the Creat Seal of the said High Court of Admiralty of
England bearing date the thirtieth day of June the said Richard Akerman< no role > Hath delivered at the Goal of Newgate The Bodied of George Hindmars a< no role >
who was convicted of Felony and murder and Charles Berry< no role > and Jno. Slack< no role > of Piracy and Felony by them Committee within the
maritime Jurisdiction of the Admiralty of England and were adjudged to suffer death for the same in a Session of Oyer and Terminer and Goal.
delivery heed for our Sovereign Lord< no role > the King by adjournment at Justice Stall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of our City of London on Thursday
the Seventh and Friday the eighth days of June last before the Justices of our said Lord the King Specially appointed by virtue of his Majestys
Commission of Oyer and Terminer and Goal delivery for the Admiralty of England under the Great Seal of Great Britain bearing date the 25th. day
of June in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty nine to hear & determine all & Singular Treasons Felonies Robberies
Murderd Confederacies and other Misdemeanors Offences Injuries and Crimes whatsoever done and committed within the Jurisdiction of the
Admiralty of England aforesaid and mentioned in the Statues recited in the said Commission & that the said George Hindmarsh< no role > Charles Berry< no role > &
John Slack< no role > were to delivered as aforesaid to the intent that the said John Crickett< no role > should do or cause to so done to them all and Singular such
things as are commanded on the part of our said Sovereign Lord< no role > George the King according to the Terror of the Precept aforesaid This Indenture
also Witness elf that the said John Crickett< no role > hath received the Booys of the said George Hindmarsh< no role > Charles Berry< no role > and John Slack< no role > from the
said Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. on the day and year aforesaid In Witness the said parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands
and Seals the day and year first above written.
