Whereas Elizabeth Thomas< no role > John Downes< no role > , James Sample< no role > William Wood< no role > Thomas Doyle< no role > and Esther Spencer< no role > This name instance is in set 4605. were at
a Session held at the Old Bailey in July last tried and Convicted of divers felonies and had Sentence of death passed upon them
for the same and whereas some favorable Circumstances have been humbly represented unto us in their Behalf inducing us
to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto them and to Grant them our Pardon for the Crimes of which they stand Convicted
on Condition of their being Severally Transported to the Eastern Coast of New South Wales or some one or other of the
Islands adjacent the said Elizabeth Thomas< no role > and John Downes< no role > for the term of 7 years James Sample< no role > William Wood< no role >
Thomas Doyle< no role > and Esther Spencer< no role > This name instance is in set 4605. for the term of their natural lives our Will and pleasure therefore is that you give
the necessary directions accordingly and that they be inserted for their said Crime on the said Condition in our
first and next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate and for so doing this
shall be your Warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the 18 day of August 1794 in the thirty fourth year

To our Trusty and Welbeloved Sr. Jno Wm. Rose< no role > Knight Recorder of our City of London
The Sheriffs of our said City and County of Middlesex and all others whom it
may Concern.

Whereas William Leeson< no role > was at a Session held at the Old Bailey in July last tried and Convicted of a
Street Robbery and had Sentence of Death Passed upon him for the same and Whereas some favorable Circumstances have been
humbly represented unto us in his behalf inducing us to Extend our Grace and Mercy unto him and to Grant him our Free
Pardon for the Crime of which he stands Convicted Our will and pleasure therefore is that you cause him the said
William Leeson< no role > to be forthwith discharged out of Custody and that he be inserted for his said Crime
in our first and next General pardon that shall come out for the poor Convicts in Newgate without any Condition
whatsoever and for so doing this shall be your warrant Given at our Court at Saint James's the 18 day of August
1794 in the thirty fourth year of our Reign
