These are Certify that the
Rate and Assessment for the Land
Carriage of Goods in the said
County was [..] at the last Easter
Session at Three pence for every
Hundred Weight and so in proportion
for any Weight not less than a Quarter
of an Hundred for every five
Miles the same shall be carried
by any Common Waggoner or Carrier
within the said County
