To the Constable, Tythingman, or Other, Officer of the Peace
of the Parish of St. Mary Abbots Kensington in the said
County of Middlesex ; and also to all Constables, and
other Officers whom it may concern, to receive and convey:

And to the Church Wardens, Chapel Wardens, or Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Rickmansworth
in the County of Herts
or either of them, to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Thomas Holt< no role > was
apprehended in the Parish of St. Mary Abbott< no role >
Kensington as a Rogue and Vagabond, Viz.
Wandering abroad and begging
and upon Examination of the said Thomas Holt< no role >
taken before me Sir William
Addington Knight< no role > one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex upon Oath
(which Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear, that the legal
place of settlement of the said Thomas Holt< no role >
is in the parish of Rickmansworth in the
County of Herts

These are therefore to require you the said Constable, Tythingman,
or other officer of the Peace of the said Parish of
Kensington to convey the said Thomas
Holt
< no role > to the Parish
of Watford in the County
of Herts that being the first Parish in
the next Precinct, through which He ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Parish of Rickmansworth
to which He is to be sent, and to deliver Him to the Con-
stable or other Officer of such first Parish in such next
Precinct, together with this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examinat-
tion of the said Thomas Holt< no role > taking his Receipt for
the same.

And the said Thomas Holt< no role > is
to be thence conveyed on in like manner to the said
Parish of Rickmansworth there to be delivered
to some of the Church Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of the same
Parish to be there provided for according to Law.

And you the said Chruch Wardens, Chapel Wardens, or Overseers
of the Poor, are hereby required to receive the said Person, and pro-
vide for Him as aforesaid. given under my Hand and Seal
the 3d. Day of June in the Year 1799
