Who being upon oath saith that she is the lawful
wife of John Pike< no role > , by whom she hath one child living
been in wedlock, namely, Mary< no role > aged seven years, who hath
done no Act to gain a Settlement in her own right that
her said husband's place of Settlement is the Parish of
Strike Gomer in Somersetshire he having Service an
apprenticeship there and done no Act [..] his said
Apprenticeship to gain a Settlement elsewhere, as
she hath heard him say and believes.
