Named [..] severally Make Oath and Say
and first this Deponent William A Beckett for
himself Saith That he this Deponent did on
Saturday the Eighth day of June Instant serve
the above Named prosecutor with a true Copy
of the Notice of Tryal hereto Annexed by having
the same with Mr. Kitchen the Landlord of the
What Sheaf, at Pimlico, the last place of Residence
of the above named Prosecutor And that he
did also leave another Copy of the Annexed
Notice of Tryal at the Office of the Clerk of
the peace for this City and Liberty; pursuant
to the Order of this Court made last Sessionsand
heat AnnexedAnd this Deponent Richard Light< no role >
for himself saith That he this Deponent has
subsequent to the making of the said Order
made diligent Enquiries for thelastplace
of Residence of the said Prosecutor and has
not been able to find the same
