through extreme illness she was presented from
attending yesterday in order to prefer the above Bill
of Indictment and upon this Deponent's attending
for that purpose thisDeponentsMorning she found the Grand
Jury were Discharged but this Deponent fully
intends to prefer the said Bill at the next General
Quarter Sessions.
