28th. March 1799 Puse Jury say Not Guilty

William Coxsedge< no role > late of the Parish of Saint Anne
Yeoman

For unlawfully Keeping and in
maintaining a certain common
Gaming house situate in the Parish
of Saint Anne for this Lucre and
Gain on the 17th. day of September
last, and in the said Gaming house
unlawfully causing and procuring
divers idle and evil disposed Persons
to frequent and some together and
play at Hazard and other Games will
Cards and Dice and Permitting the
said Persons to remain playing
and gaming at Hazard and other
unlawful Games with cards & Dice
for large sume of Money.

2nd. CourtFor keeping a Common Gaming room
in the said House for the same
purposes.

3rd CountFor keeping a certain Gaming
House and therein permitting a
certain Game called Rouge at
Noir and other unlawful Games
with Cards and Dice for large
Sums of Money

4th CourtFor keeping a Common Gaming
warn in the said House for the
same purposes
