We the Gentleman of the Grand Jury assembled at this
Present Quarter Session of the Peace now holding for the
City of Westminster do present unto the Court that it hath
appearedbythe evidence of Mary Holmes< no role > given before us this Day that Mary
Bailey of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields spinster
now doth and for some tome part hath kept and maintained
a certain common ill governed and disorderly House
numbered 5 in Jamesstreet Hay Market in the said
Parish; and that the said Mary Bailey< no role > ought to be indicted
for the said Offence.
