Middlesex .

These are to Certify that at the General Quarter Session of
the Peace of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session House for the said County on Monday
the Eighth day of January Instant A Bill of Indictment was
preferred against Joseph Greon late of the Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
Cooper for Assaulting one Thomas Horrocks< no role > with intent to
commit and perpetrate the horrid and detestable Crime called
Buggery: and that the same Bill of Indictment was then and
there by the Grand Jury for the County aforesaid returned to the
said Court this Indorsed "Not Found." and these are further
to Certify that the Names of Thomas Horrocks< no role > , Joseph Eldridge< no role > , Henry
Jefferys,
< no role > and Thomas Hall< no role > appear as Witnesses on the back of the
said Indictment Dated this Sixteenth of January 1798.
