of Mary Burn< no role >

Daniel Davies< no role > of Long Acre in the Parish of Saint Martins in the Fields
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that he
and Edward Lloyd< no role > Price of Long Acre aforesaid Victualler did on the
fourteenth day of may one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy one
become Bound for the Personal Appearance of the said Elizabeth Burnett< no role >
at the then next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at
Guildhall in and for the City of Westminster to Answer the complaint
of the said Mary Burn< no role > for assaulting and beating her And this Deponent
further Saith that he did together with the said Elizabeth Burnett< no role >
Appear at the then next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
at Guildhall Westminster and this Deponent did when the
Recognizances were called over answer for the said Elizabeth
Burnett and did then to the best of this Deponents recollection
pay Mr. Search or Mr. Jefferson's Clerk four Shillings and
Eight Pence being the money charged for withdrawing a
Recognizance
