Regulating the method of granting such Licence

now complained of And the said Comittee or any
three of the before named Gentlemen are desired to
laymake a report of their Progeedings to the Court
on the first Day of the next Session

Whereas it has been represented to this Court that many of the Inhabitants
of this City & Liberty have been put to much Charge & to many Inconveniences
from their being committed to a Goal for the County of Middlesex & bound over
appear at the Sessions for the Same County for Matters arising in Westmr. and
cognizable at the Qr. Session for the sd. City & Lib. owing as it is supposed to So [..]
Magistrates for the Said County only acting in Westmr. & as this Cause is now
removed by those Gentlemen being put into the Commission for this City
Liberty, and as it is greatly to the Ease & Advantage of the Inhabitants
this City & Liberty to Proceed in the Businesses of the Sessions for this
& Liberty at their Court house at Guild hall generously given for
purpose It is therefore ordered that it be & it is hereby recommend
to all his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace residing or acting with
this City & Liberty to commit & bind Etc.
