and Town of Westminster in the Coutny of Middlesex and Saint Martin

It is Ordered that the within named John Chase< no role > have Notice of this Petition
and that he and all Persons concerned do attend the Court her on Saturday next
at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgment and determination of the said Court touching the said Petition
