by the said Order and Adjudication and therefore appeals<lb></lb>
against the same and every part thereof</p>

Honourable Court that the said Order and Adjudication<lb></lb>
may be Quashed and that your Worships will be<lb></lb>
pleased to Grant him such further and other Relief<lb></lb>
